If you run the Product Link Rules report, you are presented with a really lovely screen that shows you all the rules, selection boxes and a delete option. Fantastic!
But it doesn't work.....
Just been told by support that they have to do this and it will delete ALL rules for that customer.....
Why? Surely if we are not allowed to do it, remove the screen or better yet, reduce support tickets and let us be masters of our own destinies!
