Update Mintsoft coding to be more responsive!

Change the coding for the tables under manage batches (maybe others too) as it is currently set to 'max-height:247px' which cuts of lots of the table and creates an unnecessary internal scroll bar (we've had a couple of people not scroll down and think there are only a few orders in the batch).

Should be set to a much larger amount (500px), or simply 100%.

Not a huge change, but would affect the user experience.
