Currently, if there is an unexpected item on an ASN (Advanced Shipping Notice), users have to go through the computer to add it. This can be time-consuming and inefficient.
Idea to resolve Problem
We propose adding an "Unexpected Item" option to the ASN on the mobile app. This will allow users to quickly and easily add any unexpected items to the ASN without having to go through the computer.
