Currently, Flexi Pick does not flag duplicate serial numbers, which can cause issues when packing large unit orders that require unique serial numbers.
Idea to resolve Problem
We propose implementing a feature that flags and prevents the use of duplicate serial numbers on Flexi Pick. This feature would work similar to a computer system, where the user would be alerted if they attempt to use a serial number that has already been assigned. This will ensure that all products are correctly labeled and packed, reducing the likelihood of errors and improving overall efficiency.
