Current Problem
Royal Mail IOSS services cannot be used for business to business orders, the Amazon order file contains information as to whether the customer is a business but Mintsoft does not import this so we cannot build a rule to filter business to business orders to a non-IOSS service. Currently our client has to inform us of any B2B orders and we'll amend manually, far from ideal in a modern orders system. |

| Idea to resolve Problem | Import the <is-business-order> field from the Amazon file and allow this to be used as a condition in the order rules section eg IF customer is a business THEN amend courier to non-IOSS service. |
