Royal Mail IOSS services cannot be used for business to business orders, the Amazon order file contains information as to whether the customer is a business but Mintsoft does not import this so we cannot build a rule to filter business to business orders to a non-IOSS service. Currently our client has to inform us of any B2B orders and we'll amend manually, far from ideal in a modern orders system.
