Client-Level Allocation Based on Location Priority

Current Problem
Currently, allocation based on location priority can only be set at a warehouse level in Mintsoft. This causes issues for 3PLs with clients that have best-before dates, as this feature overrides that setting.
Idea to resolve Problem
We propose making the option for allocation based on location priority selectable on a client level in Mintsoft. This feature would allow clients to override the warehouse-level setting and prioritize allocations based on specific location types.
