We receive regular contact from our clients to find out the status of their delivery. This is due to the only statuses being available are 'Awaiting Delivery', 'Booked in' and 'Complete'.
Idea to resolve Problem
If we were to add 'Received' between 'Awaiting Delivery' and 'Booked In' this will allow clients to be kept up to date on their deliveries.
