Populate APC mobile number field with mobile number from Mintsoft order

Current Problem

Currently, Mintsoft will only populate the Phone number field in an APC shipment created via the APC Courier Integration. If the Phone number field in Mintsoft is blank it will use the Mobile number data from Mintsoft, but still populate the Phone field in APC and not the Mobile field. This stops the APC functionality for pre alert text messages working.
Idea to resolve Problem Process both the Phone and Mobile number fields from a Mintsoft order separately so that the Telephone field populates the APC Phone field and the Mobile field populates the APC Mobile field.
