Batch Pick & Pack

When we use a BULK batch, Pick is complete and we commence the Packing we often run into scenarios where the item scanned from the Pick bin throws up an order with other items. We then have to spend ages looking for those given the Pick bins are still full. I understand if an item is scanned that is in more than 1 order in the Batch then the system will try to fulfil the oldest first. My suggestion would be that it fulfil single item orders first to save stopping to look for things. We know the batch can be changed to single or multi item orders and we use this for many clients, however for others where there are not enough orders we dont need seperate batches running. We just need them to be more efficient in how they operate.
