Current Problem
Some customers take a while to respond within the open queries and we would like it if there was a status to show like "Pending-Response" or potentially if a customer attempts to re-open a previously resolved query "Reopened"? Basically more query statuses that can be kept track of and results in less time wasted on having to chase up customers on every single query. |

Idea to resolve Problem | Mark "Pending-Response" on query for client to answer, once a 'client account' has responded, Mintsoft automatically process it back into another query, possibly moving it into 'Open' or 'Awaiting-Investigation' |
