Current Problem
It would be great to have a delivery confirmed status so we could keep a track on orders not yet delivered. |

| Idea to resolve Problem | Similar to Amazon and Ebay, tracking details are monitored and then orders are marked as delivered once they have been confirmed by the courier. We could then have a filter to have a quick view of non-delivered items and see what the issue may be and try to resolve it. |
