When using PerOrderPerSKUPerItem basis of charge the per SKU part of the charge is not listed in the Invoice Item columns
Idea to resolve Problem
Add two columns one Number of SKUs and second Charge for SKUs in invoiced item table. Also have it as a separate line item in the invoice as Order Fee, SKU Fee and Pick Fee
