Current Problem
Is it possible to reduce the order and stock sync times? As when we have a popular limited product over the weekend. We over sold due to the orders and stock taking to long to sync over. |

For all integrations we allow a minimum sync time of 15 minutes, reducing sync times is not feasible for all integrations and therefore marking this wish as not under consideration.
It would be helpful if each customer could set their own preferred sync timing. We have integrated Unleashed and Mintsoft and would prefer longer sync times for certain transactions (warehouse transfers) and shorter sync times for other transactions (orders).
Yes that's correct, Ian. Seems a fair few of us have been caught out as the minimum sync time is 15 minutes which is 14 minutes and 50 seconds too long. Minstoft really needs to be able to sync stock levels every 10 seconds as when you have multiple sales channels 15 minutes is far too long and causes overselling on different channels.

We have the same issue here, if I remember correctly we had over 150+ orders because stock sync took so long
