Current Problem
When entering an order, there are fields for Required Despatch Date and Delivery Dates, but these do not interact with the Order processing to Mark Pack & Hold. It would be good to have these fields default into a Pack & Hold status to avoid missing order dates or double working the orders |

Totally agree - what is the point in the fields if they do nothing!
This would be so helpful. Definitely something we'd like to see.
