Documents to support claims for lost parcels from a carrier

Current Problem

We want to reduce the time it takes to create a claim for missing parcels. The document would look like the despatch note but we would need to add product weight at line level and we also need to be able to generate the document where the product price was 60% of the actual selling price (or some other % number depending on the carrier). We would want to print these by order number.

Idea to resolve Problem Add new custom document for printing

    Products already have a cost price field so that could be used for this paperwork as I agree this would be useful function to have.

    I guess the document here is a customised form of "cost invoice" to support a carrier lost parcel claim
