Have option to default specific E-mail on order rules instead of Warehouse

Current Problem We have an Order Rules option to add default Warehouse E-mail when the order e-mail is blank - it would be good if this was enabled to add a specific e-mail to enable us to monitor across different clients and easily identify which client the e-mail related to.
Idea to resolve Problem	Like with Order Rules Telephone Number, have Order Rules apply a specifically entered e-mail address when the e-mail field is blank on orders
