The website has the option to scan a tracking number to despatch an order, but this capability is not present in the app for our scanners. Having this feature available on the app would greatly improve efficiency as we don't use packing slips or have order numbers/barcodes on the outside of the packages.
This feature will be available in the new mobile app.
