We currently receive orders for a client through the Woo plugin. At the same time the order is sent to Panther Courier. Panther then contact the customer and agree a delivery date which they update on the record.
Our integration currently only gets the label and tracking details from Panther, could it be expanded to obtain booked delivery date and dispatch dates as this will affect when the order should be picked in the warehouse. Currently the team have to log onto the Panther portal to check which orders should be sent.
