Current Problem
The current problem is that mintsoft order overview page only shows the basic information about the order, such as the order number, date, status, and customer details. However, there may be other relevant data from other platforms that are related to the order, such as the tracking stage from a parcel tracking site or a customer service ticket that is attributed to this order. This data can help to monitor the order progress, resolve any issues, and provide better customer service. However, there is no way to pull this data from other platforms and display it alongside the mintsoft order in the order overview page. This means that the user has to switch between different platforms and manually match the data with the order, which is inefficient and prone to errors. |

Idea to resolve Problem | A possible solution would be to have a customs field option in the mintsoft order overview page that allows the user to add any external data that they want to have visible for each order. |
