Current Problem
There is no provision to add any files or images to a return for clients to be able to make an informed choice as to what to do next with their returned goods. Mintsoft has a file uploader for orders. Surely this could be added to the returns process and logged against the Return for case building and monitoring for patterns. |

Thank you for your suggestion, at this moment adding the option to upload on the desktop app is not something we are considering. However, as mentioned above users are able to take pictures via the returns function on the mobile app.
We use the app to process returns and you can simply take a picture of item using the scanners camera and it uploads to the return. Hope that helps!
