Current Problem
Mintsoft would benefit from enhanced product tagging capabilities and the ability to create rules for assigning tags to products. Currently, the system lacks flexibility in managing product attributes and categories, particularly when it comes to quality grading or categorisation. This idea aims to improve product tagging functionality and introduce rules that can automatically assign or remove tags based on specific criteria. |

| Idea to resolve Problem | Develop and implement enhanced product tagging features in Mintsoft that allow users to create rules for assigning and removing tags. These rules could be based on various criteria, such as quality grading, product categories, or inventory attributes. For example, when a product undergoes quality checking and is downgraded from A grade to B grade, the system would automatically remove the A grade tag and add the B grade tag. Then an order rule could exclude B grade tags in the order allocation rules. |
Product managment, visibility and flexibility is crucial in any software, especially one that is so connected, for 3PL clients and 3PL operators, given that the entire system is effctively operated at SKU level. In normal trading conditions products will invariably transition into different stock condition, so not having the ability for key identifiers causes significant restrictions for operator and client alike
