Currently we use notes in the comments box when creating batches to say 'Next Day' etc but these can get missed.
Could we have a traffic light system where you have (for example) three priority levels which you assign to a batch at creation (P1 / P2 / P3 or something like that) and then on the app P1 shows as red at the top of the list of available batches, P2 could be amber in the middle and then poor old P3 is green and stuck at the bottom.
This would help the team to pick the most important batches to meet SLA.
