In order to find products without a location we have to go through over 1000 products, click the blue arrow on the product, then click the next blue arrow to find it's location, discover that product has a location and is not UNASSIGNED then move on and repeat for the next product until we find the ones in UNASSIGNED. This can take hours depending on the stresses on the servers with loading times. Then we can assign it to a true location.
For context, the company recently acquired another company also using Mintsoft and there are lots of location issues.
Hi, if you go to reports > overview > products in locations and then type 'UNASSIGNED' in the search box that should only show a list of those products which are in unassigned locations. We have to do that ourselves sometimes too.
