ASN Quantity Cap

Current Problem

When you assign a quantity to a product within an ASN, you are still able to book in beyond that quantity.

Idea to resolve Problem Add a cap to ASN quantities which will prevent more than the expected quantity being booked in. Should you wish to book in more of a product, then you would have to update the quantity in the ASN. This would help to reduce stock discrepancies caused by issues when scanning.

    For a stock system, that is inegrated to multiple 3rd party softwares, inventory control and the associated costs are paramount to an efficient and relaible service to clients. To have a system that does not even ask if you want to overbook what is requested is somewhat shocking. Given the corrective actions that would nbeed to be made from inventory control through to accounting this should be a fundamental stock control validation point at the least. You should have to adjust the expected quantity at the very least, not just be able to add any number that you feel like

    For me, a crucial upgrade to manage the integrity of the system

    Agreed, especially when some integrations like unleashed don't work if you over book in an ASN
