Current Problem
In the order rules module, if you have an order with a blank phone number, you can either populate the warehouse phone number or a specific number. Great. However, you can't do the came with email addresses - we are restricted to only add the warehouse email address. We have the warehouse address set to our primary CS email address so obviously don't want to use that or it'd be flooded with courier updates, I'd like to use order rules to specifically add 'noreply@xxxx' to affected orders. Can we please mimic the actions we can take for phone number? Seems odd we can do it for one and not for another! |
