As we do not have emails for all of our warehouse staff, Mintsoft allocates you an email address for that user, such as: exampleuser1@companyname.accessmyworkspace.com. The user name would be a much better log in alternative, such as exampleuser1, rather than the long email login which is often misspelled.
Also this is the same login as the print tool, which gives you a very small window to enter such a long login

We're currently in the process of creating a support article that'll be uploaded and available on our knowledge base which will help guide you through what's required to log in with just a username and password.
