We observed that we can input the dimensions for each individual product.
However, when we receive the shipment, it arrives in a large carton (not pallet size), and our inbound freight charges will be based on the dimensions of that bigger container. Is there any way to enter this information about the inbound packaging process in Mintsoft?

If you have the cartons & pallets module, you can select an existing or create a new carton/pallet when receiving an ASN. This will have a carton/pallet type associated to it that has the option to set dimensions and weight against.
