Current Problem
The order upload template for singleorderperline does not have a column for county, and therefore when State is needed for International shipments the address needs to be amended manually for each order for the postage to be applied and label generated. Please can county be added to the template. |
Just put an idea on MST-I-145 that we use to get round this but copied below for your reference.
Use 'Custom Spreadsheets' in Orders / Upload New Order? This way you can add in what you like! Example attached, hope it helps!
