Current Problem
The current problem is that there is no way to track the time between the receipt of a delivery and its booking in the system. This can lead to delays, errors and customer dissatisfaction.
Idea to resolve Problem
An ASN SLA field would allow the warehouse to trigger a countdown when a delivery is received and monitor its progress against the SLA for each customer. This would improve the efficiency, accuracy and transparency of the delivery process.
