Idea to resolve Problem | A simple yes/no or true/false to if an order was despatched between a daily time window. A simple percentage result would be great for KPI's |
Agreed but this may be linked to a suggestion I've raised. If you deal with backorders etc, we've asked to have the ATNEWDATE (this as an additional field we had added) added to supplement the order date as the order date is irrelevant for back ordered items, it's the ATNEWDATE as this is the time the order went to NEW so you can influence the order.
