We are not able to select a safe place option for deliveries if this could be implemented would be a great help to our customers.

    This is controlled by the codes you transmit to your couriers. Some allow this, other codes say must obtain signature (bit different after COVID), others say OK to leave with neighbour so I'd say reach out to your couriers and ensure these services are included on your accounts so you can transmit the relevant codes.
