Option to add Extra charge types

No description provided
Current Problem

Can't create new charge type.

Idea to resolve Problem My idea is add extra new charge types to the system. for example work orders or tech charges then we can clearly see separate revenue on our invoice.

I have this exact problem - you can add additional invoice item types but the charge types of these items are very limited and not really relevant in some cases to the invoice types you create. For example we have labour charges which i have created as an additional invoice type but there is no charge type truly relevant for this so have to put it down as an admin charge.

With you! This was asked for a few years ago on MST-I-561 but was marked as not under consideration so not quite sure why if it's been rejected once its now set to needs votes.

      Anyway, good luck!

This is possible. Go to 3PL Accounting > Overview > Manage Invoice Item Types.

      Good morning Jordan,

      Hope you are well.

I was thinking to add charge type work orders and charge type tech fees ( IT additional work). Looking forward to hearing from you.

      Kind Regards,

Isn't this what 'Add additional invoice item' is for? You add the various types of activity via 'Manage InvoiceItem Types', associate a cost (if you want to) and then bill accordingly......

Hi, thank you for your suggestion.

What charge type are you referring to?
