View Documents Attached to the Order in the Picked Order Screen

Current Problem
Clients are adding invoices/documents that need to be sent with parcels, but often miss this if they are not checking the document folder.
Idea to resolve Problem
Have a section in the Picked Order screen that shows you the documents so you can then print them. Also an option to not let an order be despatched if there is a document attached to the order.

Users should be able to add and view documents on an order via order details > Documents
OR view documents on an order via Scan Actions > Extra Info
