Mintsoft imports sales orders from Zoho that are in either 'Confirmed', 'Draft' or All (shipped).
Zoho allows custom statuses, which help my client manage their operation over multiple countries and warehouses.
The Statuses are too broad, and if the integration was active, it would mean every order for every country was imported to our workflow.
