Current Problem
a single customer has a wholesale and commercial channel for the same products, managed through 2 separate Shopify channels and requires different packing and additions (stickers, return address labels...) according to the shopify channel used to order the products. |

Idea to resolve Problem | Allow order rules to be created according to channel and additionally specific channel connection address |
Forgot to say - use these channels to also drive different documentation :)

You can already do this! Reach out to support and they'll be able to help but short version is create a new order channel, assign it to that customer and then you'll see it in the drop down in the order rules.
