Current Problem
Currently, Mintsoft only allows archiving of orders that have been despatched. Cancelled orders remain in the system indefinitely, cluttering the Orders Overview and making it harder to manage active workflows. As these orders are not despatched, they do not meet the current archiving criteria. This creates inefficiencies in finding and managing relevant orders while unnecessarily storing inactive records. |

| Idea to resolve Problem | Introduce a feature allowing configurable archiving for cancelled orders and other specific statuses. For example, add an "ArchiveCancelledOrders" toggle similar to the existing "ArchiveOrders" option, which enables users to specify the number of months after cancellation when these orders should be archived. This would reduce clutter in active order views, improve system organisation, and align with despatched orders' archiving processes. |
