Managers override one time access / button

For example - when a member of staff who does not have authorisation to edit orders but needs an address changing that has been incorrectly changed a one time access button which then allows a Manager to enter a code or go into another screen with a passcode to then edit the address and come back out for the other user to continue.

Bit like when you are shopping in a supermarket and they have to “authorise” certain items they log in to authorise the sale.

This would save that manager going to their station or back into the office where they are logged in to find the order/ edit it and then go back to the staff and refresh screen to continue
