Bulk update country names / country mappings

Although fairly niche, this feature would be useful. We have a scenario where we use country-mappings when we upload pricing for our couriers. The issue arises where once we have uploaded courier prices for "China" (as an example) the system will store this pricing under "China - People's Republic Of". This obscure naming convention applies to around a dozen countries.

This wouldn't be quite so problematic if courier prices could be bulk-exported, updated and overwritten, but instead we need Mintsoft support to bulk remove the prices and then change our existing upload templates manually.

There are a handful of other scenarios where the country names are problematic, but normally country mappings resolve this, it is a very useful feature, but sometimes we would prefer the mapped countries e.g. "Russia" to be the main country, whilst "Russian Federation" should be the country mapping.
