Automatically set the oldest orders to appear first.

Current Problem
When our team goes to pick orders, the newest order always appears first. I know you can select the date, and it resolves the issue, but could we have a setting option to always show the oldest orders first?
One thing to bear in mind with this is the fundamental difference between order date and the 'at new' date and what different companies deem the priority.
Example time!
Client A presells a load of stock and these order have an order date of a month ago.
Client B is selling stock as normal.
When the stock arrives for Client A, should these orders automatically just to the front of the queue as they are the oldest order date or should the next day orders from Client B placed last night take priority? You've not been able to do anything with Client A's orders for weeks so why should these influence orders from Client B where their customers have paid extra for a priority delivery service?
As I said, all down to how you prioritise orders, manage SLA's etc but you really need to give us the ability to sort on the ATNEWDATE from the SQL table as well as order date as that satisfies both camps.

In my opinion :)
