Current Problem
Hermes PS requires PDF format to print labels, this works but Hermes domestic isn't formatted properly at a PDF level. Issue we are having is that we are only able to print either Hermes International or Hermes domestic as a result due to only being able to select one label format type. |

| Idea to resolve Problem | Within the shipping services, have at a service level the option to select the label format. So for a Hermes account you could separate to have multiple selected. Alternatively, allow the ability to set up multiple account connections within the courier integration. |
