Add More Tote Verification Steps to New App (Multi-Tote Picking)

We’ve recently started using the new Mintsoft app for multi-tote picking and have noticed a key feature missing that was really helpful in the old app.

Previously, during multi-tote picking, the app would guide our team clearly by:

• Sending us to a location

• Prompting us to pick items

• Then specifying exactly how many items to place in a tote (e.g., “Place 1 item in Tote 4”)

• Followed by a tote scan to confirm the action

This sequence really helped reduce mistakes and made it easy for our pickers to stay accurate and confident during busy periods.

In the new app, it just asks us to scan a tote, but without that extra instruction and confirmation step. We’d really like to see this brought back or added in as an optional feature for those using multi-tote picking.
