Hi, i raised a case with support who advised that i need to submit my request here. The case number is 05729878. We need to map our product weights that are currently stored in Dimensions to the correct field in Mintsoft. I believe this is a custom field that can be mapped and it just needs the syncing turned on.
Can you not export the data from Dimensions and simply update them in Mintsoft? Bit manual but should work as long as your SKU range isn't too dynamic.
