Current Problem
Current Issue: At the moment, when we have a heavy order that needs to be split into two parcels, our system automatically assigns equal weight to each parcel. This preset allocation impacts the shipping cost based on our automated mail settings. Problem Example (Current Setup): For instance, we recently had a 24kg order that we split into two parcels. The system automatically assigned 12kg to each parcel, resulting in a shipping cost of £10.80 per parcel. Proposed Improvement: We should be able to manually assign different weights to each parcel when splitting a shipment. This flexibility allows us to optimize shipping costs based on actual weight brackets. Optimized Example (Proposed Setup): Instead of two 12kg parcels, we could split the shipment into:
Savings: £4.00 Summary: Allowing manual input of parcel weights would improve pricing efficiency and reduce shipping costs for customers. |

| Idea to resolve Problem | Enable the ability to assign different weights to multiple parcels within the same order to improve efficiency and reduce shipping costs. |
Absolutely necessary, we have 2 items in an order, 1 is 50 kg and 2nd one is 2 kg, out shipment is created on a 26 kg per item, the cost is extremely high. and the 2nd item is classified as bulk handling overcharge. cost difference is almost $40 CAD
