Only the invoice created from within Mintsoft is synced to UPS when paperless trade is enabled, however we have customers that provide invoices that we upload in to Mintsoft which should be sent to UPS. If we have to use customer provided documents, we have to book these shipments with UPS outside of Mintsoft
