Current Problem
Easy to accidentally delete reports (i.e. clicking on something during the page load, everything gets bumped down and you delete the wrong report with no way of getting it back).
Idea to resolve Problem
Add an "Are you sure?" popup after clicking "Delete" in Custom Report Builder
