Currently the only date in the scheduled returns report is the date the return was processed but from an analytical perspective, having the order date would allow us to see trends across how long it's taking returns to be received. Invaluable information for our clients.
Currently the returns date is in column A so if this is renamed 'ReturnDate' and then a column added with 'OrderDate' that would suffice.
Hopefully a nice easy win that will being a lot of benefit for everyone :)
