We can add order tags using order rules module and they are obviously imported from Shopify etc but it seems daft to have to raise a support case to remove a tag!
This needs to be permission controlled but save yourselves a load of tickets and empower us to solve our own issues :)

After raising the above, discovered you can do this via bult actions but its very clunky so understand if it's not developed but could the process be improved?
