Allow a picker to skip an item but force them to return to the location to complete the pick at the end

Current Problem
At present, when a picker skips an item, they are not directed back to the location at the end of the pick, with the order just moved to a pickingskipped status.
Idea to resolve Problem
I would want the item that was skipped to be moved to the end of the pick list and the picker to have to return to the location to complete the pick

If the picker skipped the item as it wasn't in the location or damaged, they can't pick it so forcing them to return to the location would (in this case) would be a fruitless endeavour.......
