The recent webinar on forthcoming developments seemed to show this idea as being due to rollout on the Mintsoft picking app only. I submitted a question about whether the functionality would be available to those of us using the browser version of Mintsoft. I'm waiting for the response.
Yes! this is important if you want to pick a complete box. If you have 8 units in location A and 20 in location B, with boxes of 10 and an order requests 10 I'd rather pick 1 box from location B than 8 units from A and 2 from B
ABSOLUTELY! If authorised on the app to do this (I'm harsh!) the picker should flag the original location as having an issue (needs investigating) and then scan the alternative location and downdate the stock from this second location.

Agree. It's ludicrous that this has not already been implemented. Should be a fundamental feature.
Again, this would be great to highlight problems with a picking location and have other orders reallocated to other pick locations as well.
