Currently you cannot move an order in REBINNED status to awaiting confirmation or Pack and Hold.
The issue we have is that using the Pro Dashboards module, some orders breach their SLA, when we have to contact a client because of an issue that means we can't despatch the order within the SLA, for example an address being incorrect. Being able to move the order to these status' means the order wouldn't be classed as breached
